This program will teach you the basics of boxing. Boxing classes will stimulate all muscle groups and provide the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The boxing workout will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power, and cardiovascular fitness.
For amateur or professional boxers, we offer advanced fighter classes, as well as private training sessions with certified trainers. Boxers can also bring their own trainer and train in the ring, workout on heavy bags, or lift weights.
