Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
The Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program captures the combative essence of martial arts and is
designed as a new hybrid-hardcore course. This course will focus on fighting tactics, including
drills and scenarios with empty hands. Our MMA program was developed for a few purposes.
First, the MMA program helps fighters get ready to compete in amateur and eventually
professional Mixed Martial Arts fight circuits worldwide. Some of the professional Mixed Martial
Arts leagues we prepare fighters for are: Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC), International
Fight League (IFL), ProElite EliteXC, and Pride. Second, the MMA program gives athletes, who
just enjoy the sport, a chance to learn and improve their skills and compete with their peers.
Third, the Mixed Martial Arts program offers members a chance to learn some effective and useful
self-defense techniques for the street.

Muay Thai Kickboxing
This program will introduce you to the martial art of Kickboxing, which is based on
Thailand's Muay Thai. You will increase your stamina, develop responsive reflexes, and improve
your cardiovascular fitness. Kickboxing will also strengthen your arms, legs, shoulders, and
abdominals and improve your hand-eye coordination. These characteristics and benefits make
Kickboxing a very effective form of close range self-defense, as well as an excellent way to
maintain physical fitness.

Boxing
This program will teach you the basics of boxing. Boxing classes will stimulate all muscle
groups and provide the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The boxing
workout will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power, and cardiovascular
fitness.

The Isshin Ryu Karate program focuses on getting in shape, learning self-defense, and having
a good time relieving your stress of the day.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is the eightfold path of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. It is more vigorous than
most other styles of Yoga. Ashtanga is the practice of Yoga that combines breath control and
a flow of sequential postures. The breath is used to synchronize each movement.

Open Gym
We are a certified USA Boxing facility. We offer an open gym package where boxers can train
in the ring, workout on heavy bags, and lift weights. Boxers may inquire about our on-staff
boxing trainers or can bring their own trainer. Amateur and professional boxers are welcome to
use the facility to train. Our boxing trainers have years of experience training local boxers.
Boxing training will increase your stamina, develop your reflexes, and improve your
cardiovascular fitness. Boxing strengthens your arms, shoulders, and abdominals and improves
your hand-eye coordination.
