


Ian Finestein attended both Philadelphia University and Temple University for his degree in biology, with a concentration in mathematics. After graduating, Ian received his certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Ian Finestein’s level of interest in the health and fitness field has been extreme ever since high school. He trained with the baseball and soccer teams in order to research and test a variety of programs. Starting with such programs, Ian began to broaden his knowledge of the fitness world by taking in as many perspectives as possible. Through college he has had the opportunity to train with many different types of weightlifters. Ian has trained with bodybuilders, military personnel, football players, and basketball players.
On the academic side, Ian Finestein was selected by several teachers to be their assistant, in helping to educate their students, one on one, in both calculus and organic chemistry. Ian also has experience in several hospitals, shadowing physicians, riding with EMT’s and paramedics and is certified in CPR/AED by the American Heart Association.
In his early years, Ian Finestein became the youngest student in his studio to earn his first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In addition, Ian has been conditioning mixed martial arts (MMA) at LVIRK Training Center in order to maintain a peak level of physical fitness. These opportunities gave him the chance to be active, to train his body for specific goals, which becomes very helpful in creating programs for men and women of all fitness levels.
Ian Finestein has had the privilege of training friends and relatives, creating various programs based on their individual goals and specific needs. He is also proficient in client fitness assessments, as to figure out a good starting point. From here Ian works closely with the client to make sure he/she reaches their pinnacle of physical fitness.
