Allen "AJ" Davis received a Liberal Arts (Business Option) degree from Pennsylvania State University. He also received his Advanced Business Certification from Lehigh University. Allen studied Massage Therapy at Health Options Institute and Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. He received an Integrated Medicine/Master Bodywork Certification from Harcum College. He is a certified boxing trainer through USA Boxing. Allen has several years of experience as a Fitness Director, Corporate Sales Manager, and Fitness Instructor. Allen has also worked with the Philadelphia Eagles for Promotional & Marketing shows. He had an internship at Villanova University in therapy work with the football team, women’s basketball and several members of the softball and baseball teams.

Allen has many impressive athletic accomplishments. He ranked 2nd in High School Cross Country Championships. Allen was a member of Team USA Powerlifting in 1992, 1994, 1996, & 1998. Allen ranked 2nd nationally in the 242 lb. class in 2000 (Bench: 600; Dead lift: 815; Squat: 805). He ranked in the Top 10 several times in Powerlifting USA Magazine World Rankings and has appeared in the Top 100 several times as well. He was a 3-time National Champion and Silver and Bronze medalist at World Championships in Dead lift.

Among his many accomplishments, Allen has also worked with many notable athletes and celebrities, including top professional boxer Bernard Hopkins and up & coming light heavy weight & cruiser weight David Hamilton. Allen worked with Bernard Hopkins for his June 10, 2006 title bout with Antonio Tarver in Atlantic City, NJ. He has worked with titleholders Yusef Mack & LaJuan Simmons. Allen has worked and trained with WWE Wrestler Battista. He worked with Julius Erving (son of the 76ers’ Dr. J.), who owns J Management that represents Eve, Fat Joe, & Mario to name a few. He has also worked with the son of R&B legend Patti Labelle. Allen has worked with heavyweight Ron McCarthy, who has sparred the likes of Michael Spinks, Riddick Bowe, Mike Tyson and many other top fighters.

Allen’s cousin, former Pittsburgh Steelers Yancey Thigpen and Tennessee Titan, reached the Super Bowl with two different teams. Yancey holds the Pro-Bowl record for longest TD catch of 99 yards.
