Jeff lives in Whitehall, PA with his wife and three children. He has a great job and family life. Jeff has wrestled most of his life. Jeff is one of the dedicated people who coach our youth as a wrestling coach for the Whitehall youth program. He was a stand out wrestler at Freedom High School. He then went to Blair Academy to wrestle with some of the elite in PA. He then went on to wrestle at Moravian College.

Over the years, Jeff has competed in many wrestling and grappling events, such as NAGA, UGC Championships, and others. He studied Judo for a year and some other mixed martial arts as well. Jeff has competed in an amateur modified Muay Thai fight where he showed a true warrior heart against a seasoned opponent. 

His thirst to become an MMA Fighter has been pushing him to train.  After some brief experiences at some other gyms he found himself at LVIRKMMA and is one of the top fighters there. Jeff has competed in several amateur MMA fights where he was able to demonstrate his great techniques. He is to go pro in the near future.
