11/22/2009    Coach Rodney Wins MMA Fight By KO. On Saturday, November 21, 2009, Coach Rodney "Sledge Hammer" Guignet fought in the co-main event of First State Fights Total Disregard, an amateur Mixed Martial Arts event at Delaware State University in Dover, Delaware.  Coach Rodney was confident and relaxed as he entered the cage in his second amateur MMA fight.  His fans roared as the face-off against Stephen "Chief" Dodson began.   read more

On Wednesday, October 28, LVIRK Training Center will be closed so that we can participate in the Catasauqua /  North Catasauqua Halloween Parade.  All students (Karate, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Yoga) and parents interested in participating in the parade should sign up in the lobby.   read more
